EQT invites applications for Pennsylvania Qrew Camps

Williamsport, Pa. — For the first time ever in Williamsport, a two-day camp with EQT Corporation will be held to teach students in grades 9-11 about the natural gas industry and potential careers in the field.

For students interested in becoming the next generation of energy industry leaders, Qrew Camp, a two-day immersive experience, gives those students the opportunity to see related, cutting-edge technologies and witness the drilling process in person. It’s an easy and safe way to gain hands-on STEM engagement.

“Qrew Camp will primarily focus on the work that natural gas companies are doing in Pennsylvania to provide affordable, reliable, and clean energy,” according to EQT. “For students selected, attendance will be free and all meals and accommodations, if needed, will be provided.”

Applications, due May 1, are currently being accepted for EQT’s Qrew Camp. Find the application at https://cloud.networq.eqt.com/qrew-camp .

The camp will take place in two separate locations on July 23 and July 24, and applicants may request the location most convenient for them. For the first time ever, Qrew Camp will be held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, while another session will occur in Washington, Pennsylvania.
