Primanti Bros.’ CEO Gerald Pulsinelli wants to assure customers that recent restaurant closures, including those in central Pennsylvania, are part of a strategic realignment, not a sign of decline.

The iconic Pittsburgh sandwich chain, known for French fry and coleslaw-topped sandwiches, has closed several locations in recent months, reducing its footprint from 47 to 36.
