child welfare jobs in North Texas are being affected by a contract shakeup.
Texas Family Initiative told the Texas Workforce Commission that a total of 307 positions at its facility at 1820 Regal Row in Dallas would be laid off at the end of Oct. 31, according to a WARN notice dated Sept. 1.
