Garland Police Department is once more stepping into the spotlight, this time in the boxing ring for the 23rd annual Guns & Hoses boxing tournament. The department is rallying behind School Resource Officer Isaiha Williams as he enters his fourth competition. Williams, who is also a celebrated figure at his local school for his efforts in mentoring and coaching students, is gearing up to fight with heart and aim for the championship belt.
