PNC Bank, one of the nation’s largest diversified financial services institutions, is moving forward with plans to open a new office in Frisco’s Hall Park. The new office will serve as a workspace for members of the bank’s corporate, commercial and private bank teams.
According to an April 21 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the office will occupy 7,738 square feet on the 11th floor of The Tower at Hall Park. Construction is estimated to cost $1.65 million.
The expansion to Frisco’s Hall Park comes as PNC reported a net income of $1.8 billion in the first quarter of 2026. PNC Bank now joins Public Storage, Hershey Company and Chobani among major companies choosing to call the Hall Park district home in 2026…
