DALLAS — A new fast-casual chicken restaurant is coming to Dallas, this time from a well-known North Texas restaurateur.
Flock & Fresh will be a chef-driven, fast-casual restaurant that will offer both healthier and more indulgent options and an atmosphere that is warm enough to linger in, according to a press release from the company. Wan Kim, CEO of Coppell-based Smoothie King, is behind the concept.
