Downtown Boca Raton’s tallest building will lease two city-owned parking spaces for a loading zone, bringing a longtime debate to a hopeful close.
Two metered parking spaces outside Tower 155, located at 155 East Boca Raton Road, will become part of an official loading zone reserved for use by the building’s residents and personnel. The agreement allows the building exclusive use of two spaces – numbers 5305 and 5306 –between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
