JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) — The man accused in the widely followed “Boots” dog shooting case is now headed to prison after a hearing in Palm Beach County court.
Benjamine Brown appeared before a judge Thursday morning for a violation of probation hearing tied to the 2022 shooting of Boots, a dog who was shot in the face at Kennedy Estates Park in Jupiter.
