VERO BEACH — The Sunrise Rotary Club of Vero Beach installed its new officers during a James Bond-themed celebration at the Garden Club of Vero Beach, drawing more than 60 members and guests for a semi-formal evening of awards, speeches and fellowship. July 1 began their tenure.
The room was decorated in black and gold balloons, with tables draped in white cloths. Guests arrived in gala attire for an evening that included an open bar, dinner and Bond-era music.
