LOWVILLE- Two out of state residents are suspected of criminal mischief following a disturbance complaint this week in Lewis County.
According to the New York State Police (Lowville), Tyler J. Clark, 25, and Juan C. Hernandez, 25, both of Fort Pierce, FL were formally arrested and charged on Thursday for one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief (reckless property damage exceeding $250).
