JUPITER — A plan to bring as many as 99 single-family homes to 60 acres near Interstate 95 and Indiantown Road is a step closer to happening.
The Pulte Home Co. is seeking to build the homes on what Jupiter records call Beacon Park, at the northeast corner of Indiantown and I-95. The neighborhood would border the Rialto and Limestone Creek communities near Jupiter Community Park.
The Town Council gave initial approval on April 7 to map and land-use changes that will allow Pulte to build homes on 23.4 acres of on the west side of Island Way, an area now intended for industry.
