Celine Dion’s former waterfront estate in Jupiter is off the open market, with the Admirals Cove mansion now under contract after being listed at $20 million. The nearly 15,000-square-foot spread, stacked with bedrooms and bathrooms, ranked among the priciest pending deals in Palm Beach County last week and once again shoved the gated waterfront enclave into the spotlight.
According to The Real Deal, buyers inked 25 contracts for luxury properties in Palm Beach County between May 11 and May 17, and 370 Eagle Drive led the pack. The Eklund-Gomes team at Douglas Elliman tracked about $129.3 million in asking-price volume across those deals.
