PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police have identified a man who was shot and killed in Southeast Portland’s Centennial neighborhood early Sunday morning.
The shooting was reported at about 3:10 a.m. along Southeast Stark Street between 146th and 148th Avenues.
First responders said they arrived to find 43-year-old David Livingston with injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he later died of those injuries…
