Portland woman dies in crash with 16-year-old driver on US 26

A three-vehicle crash Friday on U.S. 26 in Clackamas County killed a 39-year-old Portland woman, police said.

Briande Boudreau Lybbert, 39, was headed west in a blue Ford Focus when a blue Subaru driven by a 16-year-old girl pulled onto U.S. 26 near Southeast Weber Road to head west, Oregon State Police said. The teen failed to yield the right of way, police said, and the Ford hit the back left of the Subaru.
