PORTLAND, Ore. — When TriMet bus driver Kunchok Lama saw online that a fellow Tibetan was missing, he made sure to keep an eye out on his route.
“The Tibetan community, they all were looking around for him all over the Portland area and he was nowhere to be seen,” Lama said.
