PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man is injured after an assault in northeast Portland on Friday afternoon, according to police.
Just after 1:30 p.m., officers with the Portland Police Bureau were sent to the area of Northeast Lombard Street and Northeast 60th Avenue after reports of a person being assaulted and a suspect armed with a weapon.
Police said they found an injured man at the scene but any suspects had left the area before officers arrived. A PPB spokesperson said officers do not yet have confirmation about how the man was hurt or what weapon may have been involved…
