Portland-area District Attorneys sound alarm on Oregon Mental Health System crisis

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Facing what they call a failure in Oregon’s mental health system, the district attorneys from the state’s three largest counties issued a warning Monday about a growing mental health and public safety crisis.
