PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Portland Police have identified a man who was killed during a hit-and-run crash in the Buckman neighborhood.
According to PPB, 46-year-old Travis D. Petersen was hit by a car just before 3 a.m. on May 28 near SE Grand Avenue and SE Pine Street.
Petersen was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and later died on June 9.
