PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A celebration of black joy and freedom will fuel festivities across Portland on Friday, which of course includes a lot of great soul food.
Juneteenth Oregon is hosting its annual parade and festival, a party headquartered at Lilis-Albina Park on North Flint Avenue.
