PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Hollywood Theatre is hosting a special screening of “Death Proof” with one of its stars.
Zoë Bell is the stuntwoman-turned-actress who plays a fictionalized version of herself in the Quentin Tarantino-directed thriller from 2007. Bell, who also performed her own stunts for “Death Proof,” will be in attendance for the screening at the Hollywood Theatre on July 15 at 7:30 p.m., followed by a Q&A.

The screening is exclusively for Hollywood Theatre members, who pledge money per year to help support the non-profit organization for certain perks. The event is not open to the general public.
Membership is required to be able to buy tickets, sold at $60 each. But even then, it’s not a guarantee to get in. According to the Hollywood Theatre’s website, since the event is expected to be in high demand, tickets are granted to members using a lottery system…
