PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Police caught two young men, a 17-year-old and a 19-year-old, with roughly eight pounds of fentanyl, lots of cash in small bills, and several cell phones after the duo tried to escape officers North Portland.
The incident started at about 4 p.m. when police noticed some “suspicious behavior” of two people in a sedan near Dawson Park.
When officers tried to stop the car, the driver sped off. Police called off their pursuit for safety reasons, but the bureau’s Air Surveillance Unit tracked the car from above…
