PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The driver of a truck involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Northeast Portland in 2024 is heading to prison.
Richard Epton, 62, was sentenced by Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Eric Dahlin to 10 years in prison on June 22.
