PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man was arrested after police say he became irate over a woman’s religion and attacked her as she tried to leave his home.
According to court documents, police were called to the 11000 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard just before 5 a.m. June 19.
