75-Year-Old Oregon City Hiker Rescued After Knee Injury on Salmon River Trail

CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue volunteers took six-and-a-half hours to reach and rescue a 75-year-old woman hiking on the Salmon River Trail.

The rescue operation began shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday, June 19, when coordinators received a report about the injured hiker.
