Grand jury indicts man accused of throwing rocks at deputy at Aloha McDonald’s

A Washington County grand jury indicted a 40-year-old man on charges Wednesday after prosecutors say the man threw rocks at a deputy responding to reports he was breaking windows at an Aloha McDonald’s, the Beaverton Police Department said.

Deputies were called to the fast-food restaurant at 19525 S.W. Tualatin Valley Highway on Wednesday, June 24, shortly before 1 a.m.
