Red Leaf Organic Coffee Set to Open in Former Starbucks Space at Vancouver Mall

Red Leaf Organic Coffee is taking over the space near H&M at Vancouver Mall, located at 8700 NE Vancouver Mall Dr in Vancouver, WA. The space has sat empty since Starbucks

closed its mall location in 2024. Co-Founder Ray Vandervalk confirmed to What Now Portland that they are planning to open on September 7.

Founded in 2008 in Cowlitz County, Red Leaf built its name on organic coffee and clean ingredients, marketing itself around dye-free drinks and zero-added sugar, with a mission to fuel customers in their pursuit of wellness and vitality. Red Leaf operates stores in Woodland, Longview, Kelso, and Camas. Its 3 franchise stores operate in Kalama, Toutle, and Vancouver (11608 NE 76th St). Red Leaf has been dye-free since opening in 2008.
