PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) is searching for suspects after a man was seriously wounded in an early morning shooting near SE Grand Avenue on Saturday morning.
At around 6:03 a.m., the PPB responded to a shooting report around SE Grand Ave and SE Washington Street. When they arrived at the scene, they found evidence of gunfire and launched an investigation. During the investigation, they learned a male gunshot victim was at the hospital being treated for serious injuries, but is in stable condition
