PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man with a lengthy criminal history is facing new charges stemming from an incident last September on a MAX train in downtown Portland.
According to court documents, police were called Sept. 22, 2025, to the intersection of Southwest Yamhill Street and Southwest Ninth Avenue.
