PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – ZoomInfo, based in Vancouver, Washington, is facing a class action lawsuit from investors, alleging they were misled into thinking the company was more profitable than executives led on.
The lawsuit was filed June 26 in the United States District Court in Seattle by ZoomInfo investor Ivan Tejada, on behalf of other investors.
