PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A vigil was held Tuesday night for the victim in the deadly boat crash over the holiday weekend on the Willamette River.
25-year-old Rosalyn Lopez died in a boat crash on the Willamette River on Saturday. Her mother, Juana Lopez, said when she first learned of the news, she initially thought Rosalyn was just missing, then found out her daughter was dead.
