PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Nearly a year after a 4-alarm fire destroyed a Portland apartment building, the person who lit the fire was sentenced.
On Wednesday, Shaun Szwarz was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and first-degree arson.
