PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A beloved Northeast Portland red-tailed hawk is fighting to fly again.
Chocolate, a local favorite near McDaniel High School and Rose City Park, recently got hurt. The Oregon Bird Alliance said the injury possibly came from flying into a window.
