PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Northeast Portland restaurant is getting a fresh start after a neighbor stepped in to replace patio tables stolen earlier this month.
Surveillance video from June 4 appears to show someone dressed in black taking three patio tables from Norah, a women-owned vegan restaurant on Northeast Alberta Street.
Restaurant server Patty Phoorahong said she initially thought the tables may have been moved to the business’ other location along Southeast Belmont Street.
