PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Oregon child welfare officials are asking for the public’s help to find a baby reported missing from southeast Portland.
The Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division said Dakota Simone Williams, about 2 months old, went missing from the Findley Apartments at 3440 SE 54th Ave. in Portland on Aug. 20.
