PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Multnomah County judge sentenced a 62-year-old man to life in prison after a jury found him guilty of murdering his girlfriend.
He was convicted July 23 for murder in the second degree constituting domestic violence and unlawful use of a weapon constituting domestic violence involving his then-girlfriend Penelope “Penny” Fegan. Prosecutors emphasized the case was rooted in domestic violence.
