Washington County and the city of Tualatin could be looking at as much as $1.7 billion in reinvestment in the area over the next 15 years.
The governments will soon consider an agreement that would reduce what Lam Research has to pay in property taxes — shifting the money to be invested into research and development at the Tualatin manufacturing location.
