PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Washington County and the City of Tualatin announced a proposal on Friday that would give a tech company tax breaks and could lead to a $1.7 billion investment in the city, officials said.
The proposal — between Washington County, the City of Tualatin and Lam Research — would mean $1.7 billion in investments for the city through the year 2041, Washington County said.
