Police arrested a 49-year-old man on Wednesday, accusing him of robbing a man unloading groceries from his car outside his home in May, the Portland Police Bureau said.
The robbery happened at about 8 p.m. May 28, at a home on Southeast Powell Boulevard near 150th Avenue.
