PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Power has been restored for most customers in Vancouver after power outages previously impacted thousands of people earlier Sunday.
By 8 p.m., the Clark Public Utilties website said there were still 65 customers affected by the two outages listed. In addition, the interactive map said 3,612 customers had been recently rstored.

According to the interactive map, the outage that had impacted the majority of customers occurred just before 6 p.m. near the intersection of Northeast 112th Avenue and Northeast 28th Street. A cause for that outage was not given.
