PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities released the identity of the victim who was killed in a shooting at Chinook Landing Marine Park July 30.
On Thursday, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as 25-year-old Dontae Porter Jr., of Portland.
