City issues demolition deadline for Centennial Mills warehouse

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland city officials have issued a demolition order to the property owner of the historic Centennial Mills warehouse that burned down earlier this week as Amtrak Cascade riders continue to see impacted service between the Rose City and Seattle.

The order from Portland Permitting and Development stated that demolition must begin no later than Aug. 14.
