PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A suspect has been arrested following a days-long investigation into a shooting in South Portland on Tuesday, police said.
The Portland Police Bureau identified the suspect as Mahmoud Said Ali. Authorities said they arrested the 42-year-old Portland man on Saturday around 3:30 a.m., after learning he was near the 13100 block of Northeast Glisan Street on Friday evening.
