PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A 33-year-old man is facing several charges after a deadly hit-and-run in the South Tabor neighborhood on Saturday night, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
At about 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 8, officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian near Southeast Powell Boulevard and Southeast 71st Avenue.
