PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – New court documents are revealing what transpired in a Vancouver neighborhood after a man allegedly shot someone else during an argument over dirt bikes on Saturday evening.
Jacob Orr, 37, is facing numerous charges in connection with the incident, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
