The man who police say was armed with a knife and ran from officers before he was arrested in the basement of a Northwest Portland home this week is also accused of threatening a city transportation worker last month, according to court records.
Joshua Ryan Kuras, 33, was being sought by police for his alleged menacing of a city worker on July 20.
The city transportation worker was in a city-owned car writing a citation in the area of Northwest 18th Avenue and Thurman Street when Kuras rode by on a bicycle and smacked the car’s side mirror, bending it, Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney Jesse Hoffman wrote in a probable cause affidavit filed Friday…
