TIGARD, Ore. (KATU) — Drivers dealt with major delays following a crash on the southbound side of Interstate 5 between Tigard and Tualatin, Friday evening.
The crash happened on SB I-5 near the SW Lower Boones Ferry Road Exit 290 just before 5 p.m..
