23-year-old killed in SE Portland shooting identified

PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A young man who was killed in an early morning shooting on Saturday has been identified by the Portland Police Bureau.

Police say 23-year-old Titus Rohde, of Vancouver, was shot and killed just before 3 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The shooting happened during what police called a “large gathering” in the area of Southeast Water Avenue and Southeast Caruthers Street.
