PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police arrested three people and seized several guns after a brief shelter-in-place and suspect search overnight in Southeast Portland.
On Friday night, the Portland Police Bureau said that just after 11 p.m., they pulled over a black Tesla Model S near Southeast 29th and Belmont streets.
Several people were in the car, and one of the occupants was identified by an officer as someone wanted in a previous armed robbery case. The individual was arrested.
