Man accused of hitting Centennial Mills security guard set to appear in court

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man accused of driving through the security perimeter at the burned-out Centennial Mills warehouse and hitting a security officer is set to appear in court on Monday.

Portland police said Timothy Warlen, 44, drove through the blockade at the NW Naito Parkway property early Friday morning, hitting one security officer and narrowly missing a second.

The security officer who was hit was not seriously injured, according to police.
