PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Eugene Police arrested a man in a high-risk traffic stop for pointing a gun at multiple drivers Saturday evening in western Eugene, officials said.
Christopher Herrera, 42, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, DUII and three counts of menacing.
